Updated Review: Today, Sunday, November 16, I visited Winter Wonderland. While entrance was free, you needed to book a free entry ticket online to secure your spot. Attendance was quite sparse, and it quickly became clear why many, especially families with young children, decided not to come. For example, I bought three cookies—similar to those sold at Lidl or Greggs—for £12, whereas the same cookies at Greggs cost just £1 each or £2.60 for a pack of three. It wasn’t surprising to see a father and his young children making the difficult and potentially unsafe journey across the flyover just to buy...
Rosebuds Private Hire
A fantastic, well‑organised event, spacious, clean, and very accessible with plenty to do. Despite the wet weather it felt safe and comfortable, with no mud and lots of activities. Ice skating, food, entertainment, and stalls were all excellent and reasonably priced, with polite staff throughout. Everyone in our group had a great time and we’re already looking forward to next year.

We’ve had the pleasure of hosting the Blakely APEX Games at The Norfolk Showground & Events Centre for the past couple of years, and each experience has been exceptional.
The venue is spacious, modern, and perfectly suited for a large-scale event like ours. The facilities easily accommodate our athletes, spectators, and vendors, with plenty of room for both competition and community. What really stands out is the staff – professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The Showground team always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, from setup to de-rig. We’ve been so impressed that we’ve already booked in for our third year at The Events Centre! It’s truly the perfect home for the Blakely APEX Games.
