1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of the Norfolk Showground, home of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) and the Royal Norfolk Show.
By continuing to browse or use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the RNAA’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The terms “Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association”, “RNAA”, “us”, or “we” refer to the website owner whose registered office is Norfolk Showground, Dereham Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 0TT. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Use of this website and any purchase of items or services through it are subject to the following terms.

6. Online Ticket Orders

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct tickets and for providing valid contact details.

  • Any issues must be reported immediately to the RNAA office on 01603 748931 or via email at boxoffice@rnaa.org.uk.

  • Tickets are valid for one day of the specified event only.

  • Tickets purchased online, by post or by telephone will be despatched within five working days via Royal Mail second-class post. Please allow up to seven additional days for delivery.

  • In the event tickets fail to arrive, please contact the RNAA office to verify records and arrange suitable replacements, if applicable.

E-Tickets

  • E-tickets must be printed and presented for entry. Only one entry per ticket will be permitted.

  • Digital copies on smartphones or tablets will not be accepted.

  • Once an e-ticket has been scanned, duplicate copies will not gain entry.

  • Customers are responsible for the security of their printed tickets.

7. Car Park Pass Offer

Free car parking may be offered at the discretion of the RNAA and is subject to withdrawal at any time.

  • The offer applies to one free car park pass per qualifying transaction that includes at least one adult admission ticket purchased in advance online.

  • Passes are non-transferable and must be presented on arrival at the event.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • No duplicates or refunds will be issued for lost, forgotten or unused tickets, badges or car passes.

  • Should an event be cancelled or abandoned, details of our cancellation policy will be published on our website and may vary depending on the nature and timing of the cancellation.

  • Refund decisions made by the RNAA are final.

  • If applicable, refunds will only be made for tickets that have not been used or scanned.

9. Trade Stands

Trade Stand terms and conditions are set out in the Trade Stand Information and Regulations document, available from the RNAA on request.

10. Liability

The RNAA reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask any person to leave the Showground without stating a reason.
Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, the RNAA and its employees or agents accept no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to animals, property or persons arising from attendance at the Showground.

11. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Governing Law

Your use of this website and any purchase made via it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
