APEX is an electrifying indoor fitness competition designed to push athletes to their limits. Teams of four take on four intense zones combining functional strength, endurance, and cardio challenges. Every rep and every second counts as you chase the highest score.
Each 15-minute workout zone tests a different blend of strength, stamina, and teamwork, separated by 5-minute transitions to reset and refocus.
APEX is open to all. Whether same-sex or mixed-gender, every team completes the same structure of workouts, with weights adjusted by division.
No matter your setup, your team earns ranking points from highest to lowest across all zones. It’s about grit, strategy, and performance.
